MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY SHELFORD CONSTRUCTIONS TO ASSIST WITH THE DELIVERY OF COOLBELUP NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE.
The works included site clearance of vacant land to remove and dispose of existing trees, grass and other vegetation from the 13,500m³ site.
Import 7,500m³ of clean fill to achieve the required design levels for building pads, car parks and landscape areas.
Excavation and installation of the civil drainage, including stormwater pits, Hume’s Stormtrap and Eco Aid Underground Infiltration Systems.
Final trim and pad preparation to 8,000m² of building pads and the preparation & installation of 5,500m² of car parks, including kerbing, asphalt, signage and line marking.
Upgrade of Coolbelup Road Network including traffic management, demolition of existing road, construction of new road and roundabout to council specifications.
