MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY TERRANOVIS & DEC TO DELIVER A FULL CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT ENTRANCE ROAD, COOGEE. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 16 GREEN TITLE LOTS.
Construction included site clearance, bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communication services. Full construction of limestone retaining walls.
Full construction of asphalt roads including concrete kerbing, footpaths, signage and line marking.
Two major challenges overcome by the MGC Civil Team was the public interface during the reconstruction of the existing road network including significant public consultation for traffic management and the upgrade of the perimeter retaining walls, this included removal of existing fencing and retaining walls, preparation and installation of new retaining walls and fencing, full reinstatement of all neighbour’s properties.
