MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY ADCO CONSTRUCTIONS TO UNDERTAKE THE CIVIL EARTHWORKS, CIVIL DRAINAGE AND ROADWORKS. THIS INCLUDED EARTHWORKS, STORMWATER DRAINAGE (INCL. SPEL STORMCHAMBER), ROADS, CAR PARKS, KERBS, FOOTPATHS, SIGNAGE, AND LINEMARKING.
The initial element of the work included the cut to fill and importing of fill, as well as proof roll and compaction of the 63,658m² site to achieve the required design levels.
Subsequent to this was the preparation and installation of stormwater and roads and car parks, including asphalt, concrete, kerbing, footpaths, signage, bollards, and line marking. All of this was completed while sharing the site to allow for the concurrent construction of the sizeable Costco buildings.
