MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED TO DELIVER A FULL CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT THE HOCKING HEIGHTS FOR DELSTRAT GROUP. THE PROJECT CONSISTED OF 109 GREEN TITLE LOTS WHICH INCLUDED A 30,000m2 PUBLIC OPEN SPACE.
MGC Civil undertook site remediation to remove asbestos-contaminated material, site clearance, bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communications. Full construction of all asphalt, concrete kerbing and footpaths and retaining walls.
A highlight for the MGC Civil Team was the limestone retaining walls due to their size, scale and complexity. The detail included stairs, piers, landings and walls up to 13 course.
