Juniper Private Estate

MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY DSOUZA PROPERTY GROUP TO DELIVER A FULL CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT THE JUNIPER PRIVATE ESTATE, DAYTON. THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF 37 GREEN TITLE LOTS.

Construction included bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communication services. Full construction of limestone retaining walls.

Full construction of asphalt roads including concrete kerbing, footpaths, signage and line marking.

A major challenge was for the MGC Civil team was the installation of the underground services, due the high groundwater table. The sewer and stormwater infrastructure on this project was up to 4m below the surface and up to 3m below groundwater level. A large dewatering system including chemical dosing unit, retention and filtration ponds was installed to mitigate this.
