Poppies Ridge

MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY PACIFIC LAND TO DELIVER A FULL CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT POPPIES RIDGE PRIVATE ESTATE, HOCKING. THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF 52 GREEN TITLE LOTS.

Construction included bulk earthworks, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communication services. Full construction of limestone retaining walls.

Full construction of asphalt roads including concrete kerbing, footpaths, signage and line marking.

A major challenge overcome by the MGC Civil team was the public interface with all adjoining neighbours (15) during the upgrade of the perimeter retaining walls, this included removal of existing fencing and retaining walls, stabilization of existing infrastructure using grout injection, preparation and installation of retaining walls and fencing, full reinstatement of all neighbours properties.
