Pafumi Rise Stages 1 & 2

MGC Civil was engaged to deliver a full civil works package for Stage 1 Pafumi Rise, a 22 lot sub-division, as well as 28 Lots in stage 2.

MGC Civil delivered stage 1 of this project 3 weeks ahead of the contractual completion date to facilitate our clients desire to market the estate over the Christmas break.

MGC Civil undertook site clearance, which involved clearing the entirety of the site including house demolition, bulk earthworks cut fill 13,000m³. Sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communications. Full construction of all asphalt, concrete kerbing and footpaths.

Nearly 2,000m of walls up to 13 courses high were constructed internally through MGC Stone. With a tight program this necessitated constant liaison with the services crew to ensure all trades were not affecting each other. Furthermore, a number of design changes were introduced during construction, which the MGC Stone team easily adapted to during works.
