MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY CHEITI PLACE LAND DEVELOPMENT AND COSSILL & WEBLEY TO DELIVER A FULL CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT THE RISE PRIVATE ESTATE, DARCH.
Construction included site clearance of 30,000m², bulk earthworks including export of 31,000m³, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas, communication services and full construction of limestone retaining walls.
Full construction of asphalt roads including concrete kerbing, footpaths, signage and line marking.
A major challenge overcome by the MGC Civil Team was the public interface with the adjoining neighbours during the upgrade of the perimeter retaining walls, which included the removal of existing fencing and retaining walls, preparation and installation of new retaining walls, fencing and full reinstatement of all neighbours’ properties.
