MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY UNIVERSAL CONSTRUCTIONS TO UNDERTAKE A RANGE OF CIVIL SERVICES WHICH INCLUDED EARTHWORKS, ROADWORKS/CAR PARKS, KERBS, FOOTPATHS, SIGNAGE, LINEMARKING, AND SPORTS COURTS CONSTRUCTION TO THE LANDSDALE SOUTH PRIMARY SCHOOL.
The first phase of the works included demolitions and site preparations, including topsoil removal, followed by the importing of approximately 62,000m³ of fill. Then proof rolling and compaction of the 52,500m² site to achieve the required design levels for building pads, car parks, pavers, playgrounds, playing fields and landscape areas.
The next phase of the works included the preparation and installation of sports courts and car parks, including kerbing, footpaths, asphalt, signage, bollards, wheel stops and line markings.
