MGC CIVIL WAS ENGAGED BY TALISKA SECURITIES TO DELIVER THE CIVIL WORKS PACKAGE AT THE ROBINSON GROVE ESTATE, BELLEVUE.
Construction included 248,742m² site final trim and preparation, sewer and water reticulation, stormwater drainage, common trench electrical, gas and communication services. Full construction of limestone retaining walls. Full construction of asphalt roads, including concrete kerbing, footpaths, and signage.
A challenge for the project was the clay site combined with high groundwater levels, sewers up to 8m deep, and a very wet construction period. Significant dewatering was required.
A highlight for the MGC Civil Team was being awarded the first 7 stages simultaneously. Fulfilling and exceeding the client’s expectations on this large-scale project was achieved, with the finished estate being exemplary.
